We manufacture Semi and Fully automatic capping machines. We have also developed capping machine for trigger spray. Semi-automatic capping machine operates on Pneumatic air principle, it has a torque adjustment.

Caps to be placed manually on the bottle and machine tightens it. Fully automatic capper can be Linear 4 head machine, rotary for small capacity and multi head cappers for high speed.

Cap Size: 25mm to 100mm dia.

Capacities:- Sem-automatic capper 8 to 10 bottles per minute.
Rotary single head capper – 35 to 40 bottles per minute. Linear 4 head capper – 70 bottles per minute.
