We manufacture Semi-automatic table top labelling machine and also fully automatic front and back or wrap around labelling machines.

Semi Automatic machine is a table top machine where operator has to place cylindrical bottle on the mandrel and it wrap arounds the bottle.

In Wrap around machine, there are two different types one is fully wrap around or overlap machine which rotates the jars or bottles on its axis. Another is a partial wrap around where the label is partially placed on the cylindrical bottles.
In the Front side labelling – it can apply label on one side of flat or rectangular bottle.

In the Front & back side labelling – it applies the label on front and back side of the bottle simultaneously.

We manufacture a combination of Front, back & partial wrap around labelling machine, Only top application or bottom application or combination of top & bottom simultaneously labelling machine.

Capacities:-
Semi-automatic :
8 to 10 bottles per minute.
Wrap around :
up to 100 bottles per minute depending
on the size of bottle and label.
Front and back :
60 to 70 bottles per minute depending on the size of bottle and label.
